These Terms of Use govern the use of the kardomteknoloji.com website and the mobile applications published by Kardom Teknoloji Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Kardom Teknoloji”, “the company”, “we”). By visiting the site or using our applications you accept these terms.
1. Purpose and content of the site
kardomteknoloji.com is a corporate information site published to describe our field of activity and our contact details. Its content is general in nature and does not constitute an offer, a commitment or the basis of a contract. Binding obligations arise only from separately signed written agreements between the parties.
While reasonable care is taken to keep the content accurate and current, we do not warrant that it is complete or up to date at all times. We reserve the right to change, remove or discontinue content without prior notice.

3. End user licence for mobile applications
Mobile applications published by Kardom Teknoloji are licensed, not sold. A user who obtains an application from the relevant app store is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices they own or control.
The user agrees not to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, rent, sell or create derivative works from the application. Distributing the application outside store rules, or circumventing its security measures, is prohibited.
Applications are additionally subject to the terms of service of the store they are distributed through (Apple App Store, Google Play). Where these terms conflict with those of the store, the minimum requirements set by the store prevail.
4. User obligations
- The site and applications may only be used for purposes permitted by applicable law.
- No action may be taken that disrupts, overloads or compromises the security of our systems.
- Unauthorised access attempts and unapproved automated data collection tools are prohibited.
- Content that infringes the rights of third parties may not be transmitted.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and applications are provided “as is”. We make no express or implied warranty that they will operate without interruption or error, or that they will be compatible with every device and operating system version.
To the extent permitted by law, Kardom Teknoloji is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site or applications. This limitation does not affect consumers' statutory rights, nor liability arising from the company's intent or gross negligence.
6. Third-party links
The site and applications may contain links to third-party websites. The owners of those sites are responsible for their content and privacy practices; we exercise no control over them.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute. The right of consumers to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under applicable legislation is reserved.
