Technology choices follow the requirements of the project. For products that need a long life we prefer the tooling officially supported by the platform vendors, which keeps an application maintainable for years rather than months.
All source code is kept under version control, and build and distribution steps are automated. At the end of a project the code and its documentation are handed over in full.
